Meet the gang and what we're all about
When we were expecting our First Daughter, We planned to spend Hours, Days, WEEKS brushing up on all the knowledge we could gather. We were going to be Perfect Parents.
So we got to work…
Who better to learn from, than those who have already ran the Parenting Gauntlet? So we headed off to the Parenting Forums! However, almost every single Topic was met with aggressively divisive opinions, and Tribes of Moms in open Keyboard warfare – At times it almost felt there were elements of…Bullying?
Not for us. Not for us at all.
We then decided to go for an Academic and Objective approach. We began scanning through Peer reviewed Medical Journals, NHS websites, and…*YAAAAWWNNN*. That’s right, the Authoritative Research was incredible, but trying to stay awake long enough to read through it was way too much of a chore.
And then we had a Lightbulb moment. Why not take the best of both worlds? Let’s build a Safe, Fun, and Informative Environment where Parents can learn to be Parents!
And The Baby Edition was born.

Juls
A.K.A – The Gran
Hi, I’m Juls (Mum of one) and I have had a great interest in Children since achieving a BA (Hons) in Psychology – Specialising in the development of Twins in their Infant years.
Since achieving this qualification, I have spent 20 years working with Vulnerable Families and Children in varying capacities. In recent years, I have down dialled my Working hours, and began developing Personalised Baby gifts, specialising in Gifts for Babies who may have been born with slight challenges!
In my spare time, I enjoy Walking my Dog (Jack), Knitting, and Volunteering for local Charities.
Mike
A.K.A – The Dad
Hi, I’m Mike! I always thought that Parenting was the easiest thing in the world. And then I became a Parent!
I have regularly worked with Disadvantaged and Vulnerable Children over the years, and have paid a particular interest in the development of Children from Socially Disadvantaged Backgrounds.
I’m passionate about increasing the accessibility of Parenting Resources, particularly content aimed at Fathers, or to those who may have struggled at School!
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time at the Gym, Hiking, and maybe even a few hours of Gaming!
Trine
A.K.A – The Mum
Hi, I’m Trine! An International Super Mum!
Our Daughter keeps me incredibly busy, but I still somehow manage to keep on top of a full-time job in Quality Assurance!
Mike doesn’t pay the best attention to detail, so I keep an eye on the Site to make sure there hasn’t been any glaring whoopsies.
In my spare time (Is there such a thing?), I enjoy spending time at the Gym, Reading, Hiking and relaxing to Music!
Klara
A.K.A The Daughter Boss
Hi, I’m Klara! I’m 4 years old, and love finding new ways to keep Mummy and Daddy on their toes. I’m currently learning Norwegian and English, and I love having books read to me!
Right now my Employment consists of making sure Mummy and Daddy have regular breaks.
In my spare time, I enjoy Colouring, Playing, Singing and watching Paw Patrol!
Bella
A.K.A – The Cat
Hi, I’m Bella! I’m 7 years old, and enjoy the warmth of the Laptop when nobody is paying attention. If you are lucky, you may stumble across my more recent published works such as ‘’aaifakkkkkkkkkk’’ and ‘’fhuahaaaaaaaaaa’’.
