We take our Customers seriously, and pride ourselves on our No-Fuss 3 Month Returns Policy! To be eligible for a return, your Item must be in the same condition that you received it, and whilst the Original Packaging is appreciated, it’s by no means essential!
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number, and details around why you wish to return. We will respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, and will also provide you with alternative solutions to resolve the problem!
If you decide to go ahead with your Return, we will issue you with the relevant Guidance, and if we are at fault, will also cover the Shipping costs!

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. It would be Super helpful if you could also include some images for us!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Perishable Items, Custom Orders, or ‘Hygiene’ Products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. But if there has been a problem, reach out to us and we will see what can be done to make things right!
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
